Swedish Ambassador His Excellency Hans Lundquist and his delegation visited our office on November 09, 2023 to discuss with HCD team on the partnership, implementation of the capacity building inception project and the progresses made so far.

During the discussion, HCD team presented the achievements made in the program, admin and finance and communications department. Following the presentations, Ambassador Hans and the delegation provided their inputs to compliment the planned activities in the project.

The visit provided an opportunity for the Ambassador and the delegation to assess the ongoing project activities and strengthen the Embassy’s partnership, and to further introduce HCD to other partners working to promote democracy in the region.

HCD greatly appreciate Sweden generous support in building HCD’s capacity in delivering its vision to foster the culture of democracy in the HoA.
