Where Vision meets policy
Here at HCD, we are working to shape knowledge production on crosscutting issues in the Horn of Africa (HoA). As such, we recently launched a blog called Horn Prospects, with the motto “Where Vision Meets Policy.” Through this platform, HCD provides expert analysis of emerging regional developments and strategic issues to inform policies that advance democratization, human rights protection, and peacebuilding in the HoA.
Our publications are primarily authored by our in-house researchers and regional experts and are reviewed by scholars and practitioners from the region. By offering analytical depth, we aim to equip decision-makers with the information they need through our reports on current regional dynamics, insightful analysis, and deep dives into the geopolitical and economic shifts shaping the region.
